Cup to Community 2024

This workshop was born while on my UniSC practicum and handed over to me from Di Seels, Sunshine Beach State School’s specialist permaculture teacher, who is undergoing research with her Slow Food Snail Kids program. I was able to bring the SLOW FOOD values of ‘Good, Clean and Fair’ to the project, as well as incorporate my over arching goal, to bring more vegetables to the tables of children, their families, and the community.
